Dissolve 1 tablet in 100 ml of water. 3-6 years: Drink 100 ml of dissolved solution per kg of body weight in small sips. Above 6 years: Drink 200 ml of dissolved solution as required. Please note the dosage refers to general hydration use under food supplement guidelines and acts as a guideline in this circumstance, for medicinal use dosage would be at the discretion of the practitioner in relation to the need state of the patient.

For general hydration, O.R.S Kinds can be used for as long as needed (please refer to the daily maximum dosage. If O.R.S Kids is used for an episode of diarrhoea and it does not improve within 24-48 hours please consult your GP or another healthcare professional.

No. O.R.S Hydration Tablets should only be dissolved in normal drinking water. O.R.S Hydration Tablets are formulated to be taken with water, we do not recommend taking in juice or any other drink (including baby milk/ baby formula).

Once prepared, use the solution within 8 hours, or 24 hours if refrigerated.
